Pricing and Payment

Aumnism's product details and prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are final and non-negotiable. To conserve natural resources and maintain the high quality of our pieces, Aumnism does not permit multiple purchases for comparison, wherein several items are bought with the intent of keeping the preferred item and returning the remaining items. Domestic Orders Payment:-

For orders shipped within India, only INR payments are accepted. In case international credit cards are being used for domestic orders, the transaction amount will be converted to INR before the payment is accepted. Currency conversion charges may apply as per the prevailing exchange rate. You may be required to share with us a copy of any Government issued photo identity proof of the Country of residence as mentioned below:

a) Passport with Visa Copy; b) Driving license; c) Employment card; d) Any other government issued ID proof of the Country of residence

International Orders Payments :-

Payments for International Orders are accepted through Bank transfer only. For orders being shipped outside India, only US Dollars are accepted. The applicable currency conversion rates will apply based on prevailing exchange rates at the time of order placement. Prices for international orders will include shipping and handling charges, taxes, etc., specific to the Country of delivery.

For International Orders above value of INR 2 lakhs, customers are required to submit a PAN Card or Form 60 as per applicable laws.

Card payments are not accepted.

Any additional import duties or charges levied by the destination Country of the shipment are the customer's responsibility. These duties or taxes are to be paid at the time of delivery based on the prevailing rates and are subject to change.

Shipping and Handling Charges

For Domestic Orders / International orders:

Calculated Fee: Cost varies based on buyer location, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping and handling charges, as well as any applicable duties at the destination Country/State.

In the event that the customer does not accept the order and it is returned to the origin, the customer will be liable for the value of the goods, freight charges and import duty.

Custom Clearance:

All shipments of Jewellery exported from India must go through clearance by the Indian Customs office. The products, along with their complete documentation, are filed with the authorized officer of the Indian Customs office for inspection, examination, and assessment before being delivered to your shipping address. Therefore, please disregard any message on the package section that mentions not to accept the package if received in an open or tampered condition. Rest assured that the package will be sealed with a label stating "Opened for Customs."

Logistics Service Providers:

For domestic shipments, our logistic partners are Sequel. For international shipments, our logistic partner is Malca-amit / Fedex.

Note:

For International orders, customers are required to pay the shipping charges at the time of placing the order. Additionally, any customs duty and taxes levied by the destination country must be borne by the customer and paid to the logistic partner upon delivery. Please be aware that all consignments are on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning the customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes in the destination Country/State.

Your Obligations

a) During registration on www.Aumnism.com, it is essential to provide accurate, current, complete, and truthful information about yourself.
b) It is your responsibility to maintain and promptly update your registration data to ensure its accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness. Aumnism reserves the right to verify and validate the information and details provided by you at any time. Additionally, Aumnism may request additional information before accepting orders or making deliveries in certain cases. If, upon verification, your details are found to be partially or completely false, or if you provide any information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or not current, or if Aumnism has reasonable grounds to suspect such inaccuracies, Aumnism retains the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and deny you access to our Website and other affiliated sites without prior notice.
c) You confirm that the delivery address provided for the product(s) you ordered is accurate and complete. In the event of non-delivery due to any mistake on your part, such as an incorrect name or address or any other erroneous information, any additional expenses incurred by Aumnism for re-delivery will be claimed from you (customer), and you (customer) shall bear such expenses.
d) Before placing an order, carefully review the product description. By ordering a product, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale and invitation to offer included in the item's description.
e) Any product you purchase from our Website is entirely at your discretion, and you acknowledge that you place the order only after thoroughly researching the product and being fully informed about its features, characteristics, and usage. Aumnism is not responsible for any damages or losses suffered by customers due to the use of the product. This applies to both domestic and international orders.

Cancellation by Aumnism

Aumnism retains the right to refuse or cancel certain orders, at our sole discretion. This decision may be based on various factors, including but not limited to limitations on the quantity available for purchase, pricing or product information errors, concerns raised by our fraud avoidance department, or any other issue identified by Aumnism that may lead to the decision not to accept the order. Additionally, in cases where specific Indian States prohibit direct sale of merchandise from other States and necessitate special documentation to proceed with such a sale without dual taxation, if we receive an order from such States or intended to be delivered to such States under such circumstances, we reserve the right to either accept or reject the order.

We also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in certain cases. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to accept your order.

Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation of an order is only possible before it is shipped to the designated destination. Registered customers can easily track the status of their order by contacting the customer support team at Aumnism by emailing on connect@aumnism.com.

Aumnism has full rights to reject the cancellation request, please refer to the Refunds section in these Terms and Conditions.

Please note that if the amount has been deducted from your account but the transaction failed, we will promptly refund the deducted amount to your account.

Restriction

Aumnism reserves the right to exercise sole discretion in limiting the quantity or value of items purchased by you, as well as imposing other restrictions that may be applicable to orders placed using the same account, billing address, or shipping address. If such limits are applied, we will inform the customer accordingly.

Additionally, Aumnism retains the right to refuse sales to anyone as it deems appropriate, at its sole discretion.

Return Policy

Aumnism works on no return policy, we are dedicated to ensuring complete customer satisfaction regarding the products available on our Website. However, if you are dissatisfied with the product, you have the option to return the order in accordance with the Terms and Conditions stated herein.

In the unlikely event that the delivered order is damaged or does not meet your expectations, you can return the product in its unused condition and inform us on connect@aumnism.com. within 24 hours, just as you received it, along with the original packaging and invoice and the same to be shipped by you to the origin.

International Orders:

Please note that for international orders, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges of our products. However, if you receive a defective product, you must report the defect within 24 hours of receiving the product by contacting us via email at connect@aumnism.com. International customers can also reach out to us on WhatsApp at +919820097700. In case the order is not accepted by the customer and is returned to the origin, freight charges and import duty will be levied on the customer.

Return Charges

Domestic Order:

The customer has to ship the goods to the origin (within India).

How to Initiate the Refund Process?

1. Customers should contact Aumnism customer support on +919820097700 or write to connect@aumnism.com. within 24 hours from the receipt of product.
2. Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail from Aumnism about the delivery of the same.
3. All the products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused in its original packaging.
4. Provide the invoice along with the Certificate issued, if any into the package for return process. Without the above, returns will not be processed.

NOTE:

We shall not entertain any request after 24 hours from the date of receipt of the product.

Refund

Once we receive the product in unused condition, with its original packaging, tags, and invoice, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be processed through the same mode of the original transaction, unless a debit/credit card used for payment is no longer in use. In such cases, the refund will be issued via cheque.

For domestic orders (shipped within India) where returns are accepted, a 100% refund will be processed. If the payment was made online, the refund will be issued within 7-15 working days from the date of receiving the returned product(s) at Aumnism’s warehouse.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund can be made either through a cheque or online transfer via NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer), depending on the customer's preference:

If a cancelled cheque is provided with the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7-15 working days and directly transferred to the customer's account through NEFT.

If the customer does not provide a cancelled cheque, the refund will be issued via a cheque sent by courier to the address provided during registration/placement of the order. This process may take up to 30 working days. It's important to note that Aumnism shall not be held responsible for any incorrect address provided by the customer.

Website Security

You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of this website, including, without limitation:

a) Accessing data not intended for you or logging onto a server or an account which you are not authorized to access.
b) Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.
c) Attempting to interfere with service to any other user, host or network, including without limitation via means of submitting a virus to the site, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing or crashing.
d) Sending unsolicited email, including promotions and or advertising of products or services;

Aumnism will investigate occurrences that may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations. You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this Website or any activity being conducted on this site. You agree, further, not to use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including, without limitation, browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search this Website other than the search engine and search agents available on this Website and other than generally available third party web browsers (e.g. Microsoft Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox etc.).
